About Jim Driscoll
Jim Driscoll, founder and president of Advisor Bridge Coach®, is a Professional Certified Small Business Coach, international speaker, goal achievement expert and bestselling author who, for more than 27 years, has specialized in helping financial and insurance professionals reach their full potential, build successful practices and achieve the highest levels of personal and professional success.
Through his Advisor Bridge coaching programs, workshops, books and resources he is committed to teaching his proven formula for successful goal achievement. Jim reveals, step by step, how to achieve your most important goals in life.
Jim was raised in the home of a successful Dale Carnegie instructor during his formative years, where he was fortunate enough to learn the dynamic principles of success, and gain a thorough knowledge of the entire goal achievement process.
After graduating college, Jim joined the United States Army where he proudly served in the most elite fighting units, to include the 82nd Airborne, 101st Pathfinders and Rangers.
After leaving the military in 1984, Jim began his coaching career by applying his understanding of human needs psychology and the leadership skills he learned as an officer in the United States Army.
Since that time, he has coached and consulted for many of the top companies in the financial and insurance arena to include Chase bank, Wells Fargo, Lincoln Financial, New York Life, The Hartford, Guardian, Ameriprise, Woodbury Financial, Bankers Life, State Farm, and many more.
Jim fully understands the challenges faced in this industry and knows exactly what it takes to succeed better than any other coach out there. His unique ability to analyze current situations, identify one's personal strengths and weaknesses, and utilize available resources allows him to develop highly effective action plans. Combining these plans with the necessary accountability ensures his clients quickly accomplish their greatest personal and professional goals and sustain superior performance.
In conjunction to coaching and consulting, Jim travels the country sharing his proven formula for success and has shared the stage with many of the greatest business leaders and teachers of this generation to include Robert Kiyosaki, Steven Covey, Zig Ziglar, John Maxwell, Jeffrey Gitomer, Brian Tracy and Jack Canfield.
Jim resides in Houston, Texas where he serves as President of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization developing public speaking and leadership skills through practice and feedback. Jim also serves on the Board of the Cancer Survivors Foundation and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Houston. Jim’s peers refer to him as the Master Goal Achiever because of the many fascinating goals he has achieved in his short life. Currently, he enjoys fitness training, skydiving, kart racing, golfing with friends, and writing books on the goal achievement process. However, his greatest love is spending quality time with his family.
